Return is acceptable within 10 days of the item being delivered. We will NOT accept return requests outside of the above timeframe. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

We will NOT be responsible for any Returning Fees and Charges.

After checking the return products, the refund progress needs 3-5 business days back to your account. We will issue you a full refund by way of the Original Payment Method. 

Orders are placed after 7-15 days. After place, the express shipping time will be within 10-15 days. These terms do not apply to pre-orders.

If the customer is in a hurry to place an order, please inform the customer service in time, and we will help you arrange it. If the item needs to be dispatched two or more times, we will inform the customer in advance. Due to the higher shipping costs for global shipping, more than one shipping fee will need to be paid again.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

If the item is temporarily out of stock, it will be sent out after replenishment, and the time will not exceed one month. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
